BIANCA was born to a poor family, consisting of many children and only two parents who struggled to take care of them all. As the only daughter, Bianca's parents hoped she could perhaps find meaning when they sent her to the convent. It was for the best, they told themselves despite feeling like their hearts would break when they saw their daughter leave them. The sisters there meant well but she was not suited for a pious and tempered life. She managed to escape and, hoping to make her fortunes somewhere much grander and exciting, headed to Florence. She has taken up work as a part-time model while she works for her keep in the residence of a kindhearted noblewoman who took her in. The world is some times cruel and the residents are little thoughtless but she embraces it with a smile, knowing that this is life in all its glory. Life cannot be life without some sorrow making joy all the more sweeter. So she meets the day head on with a smile and a polite greeting to all. NOTES ⊰ Has dabbled into affairs now and then, often with older and wealthier gentlemen who could spoil her rotten but she, instead, asks them to send money to the convent that she left. For much as she didn't like it there, the sisters were good people and needed all the help they could get. ⊰ Models for various painters and sculptors due to her prettiness and the fact she can stay very still for long periods of time. ⊰ Is a romantic at heart and makes it quite plain with the ribbons in her hair and the stars in her eyes. Adores old-fashioned courting like being presented pretty flowers, wild or not, and having poems dedicated to only her. ⊰ Loyal and dedicate to the friends she makes, happily willing to follow them and defend them from any slander.
